EDUCATION
• Balance patient lists to assure that students/residents get the educational experiences they need
• Communicate with students/residents regarding their patient’s needs and sequencing their treatment to complete comprehensive care
• Provide a model for students and residents to learn from on efficient front office management of dentistry and patient care management
• Daily effective and efficient scheduling of clinic schedules to maximize patient care and student experience
• Develop and carry out programs that focus on advanced patient/student and resident experiences

REVENUE
• In network contracting and credentialing for medical and dental insurances for all clinics
• Insurance verification, processing and posting
• Monthly patient statements
• Financial management of all payments in clinics
• Establish effective payment options for patients to provide access to care
• Effective and efficient scheduling to meet maximum monthly revenue goals
• Establish maximum revenue production and collection goals based on student/resident availability, chair availability, and average appointment value
• Medical insurance billing for medical/dental procedures in all clinics
• Monthly reporting to reflect revenue and operational benchmarks
